How we Calculate 1x 5Kg Load

One load is approximately 5kgs (weighed when dry) or a standard size laundry basket . This will vary depending on the volume of the item – for example a king size doona might be thick and bulky but still lightweight, we calculate based on what will fit inside a 5kg machine drum.

You can include a mixture of personal items and home items in your Regular Wash Service, we’ll separate the load if needed due to colours and/or delicates – we’ll check for stains and pre treat – all at no extra charge.

If you want some items ironed from within a load it’s no problem. We charge the Kg price for the whole lot and then add the iron only price for the items you want ironed… easy!
